Using Social Saver
These terms govern your use of the Social Saver browser extension and related account and download features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use rules. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Accounts
Provide an email address you control and keep access to your email and Social Saver sessions secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Content and authorization
Use Social Saver only for content you own or are authorized to download. You remain responsible for having the permissions, licenses, and other rights needed for the content and for any use after saving it. Downloading does not transfer copyright or other rights. Do not bypass authentication, privacy settings, access restrictions, or platform security controls.
Plans, allowance, and payments
Social Saver may offer free or paid plans with account features and daily allowance limits. The active plan, allowance, price, billing period, and applicable checkout terms are shown in the account or checkout flow before a purchase. A shared daily post allowance applies across supported platforms; a carousel counts as one post. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Cancellation, renewal, refunds, and changes are handled through the available account controls and applicable law.
Service availability
Social Saver depends on browser behavior and third-party platforms that can change their interfaces, access rules, or media delivery. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect accounts, the service, users, or others, or to respond to unlawful or abusive use, subject to applicable law.
Ownership and third-party services
Social Saver and its branding and software are owned by Herder Elektronische Systemen or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as these terms allow. Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and ByteDance are third parties; Social Saver is independent and not affiliated with them. Their services remain subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers and rights
Social Saver is provided subject to applicable law and without a promise that every platform feature or media item will remain available. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
